NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of the late Florence Agnes Mayes formerly of Priory House, Prittlewell Chase, Southend on Sea, Essex who died on the 14th of September 2013 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the undersigned solicitors and to send such particulars not later than the 7th April 2014 after which date the estate will be distributed by the Executors amongst the persons entitled hereof having regard to the claim and interest of which they have had notice.
