The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Citizens Advice Southampton will be held on Thursday 25 November at 5.30pm (registration from 5pm), Citizens Advice Southampton, 14-15 Brunswick Place, SO15 2AQ. To approve the minutes from the AGM held on 18 November 2020,
To receive the Trustee's Annual Report,
To receive the Audited Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2021,
To agree the appointment of auditors/auditors' remuneration and
To confirm the re-election and election of nominated trustees.
In addition to the formal business, attendees will have the opportunity to see the new Citizens Advice Southampton offices and meet members of the team. Anyone over the age of 18 who is interested in furthering the work of the Citizens Advice Southampton may attend and (with the consent of the Chair) speak at the AGM but only members of the Charity shall be entitled to vote.
To ensure the AGM is safe for all attendees we are encouraging attendees to take a Lateral Flow Test prior to the event, and encouraging the wearing of masks and social distancing where possible. We hope to hold the AGM in person, however if Government guidelines change, we will move the event to online.
