Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For The Grant of a Premises License NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, Nigel Thomas Biffen, of 21 Bethany Court, Moss Hey, Spital, Wirral, CH63 9AW, have applied to the Wirral Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as Boets Biltong of 8 Coronation Buildings, Wallasey Street, Wallasey, CH45 4NE for the sale of alcohol for off premises consumption during the hours of 09h00 to 18h00 every day of the week. A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10.00 am to 4.30 pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey no later than 12th December, 2021. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 fine on the standard scale. Dated this 13th day of November, 2021
