PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Application has today been made to the above council for a premises licence by: Name of applicant The Caldy Sports Club Limited. Address of premises: Caldy Sports Club, Paton Field, Telegraph Road, Caldy CH48 1 NX for a Premises licence that would permit the sale of alcohol, and other licensable activities including the playing of music described in the application, between Monday and Thursday (inclusive) from 11:00 to 23:00 hours, Friday and Saturday (inclusive) from 11:00 to midnight and Sunday from midday to 23:00 hours. The premises would be open to the public from 08:00 to midnight Sunday to Thursday and 08:00 to 01:00 hours Friday and Saturday, and the Licence subject to the conditions offered within the application. A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.30pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Wirral Council, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey no later than 6 December 2021. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine. Dated this 8 day of November 2021.
