Lemac Engineering (UK) Limited Notice is hereby given that on 5 November 2021 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Alloa by Francis Gerard Coleman craving the Court inter alia that Lemac Engineering (UK) Limited (Company number SC312711) having its Registered Office address and a place of business at Block 3 Barnpark Drive, Tillicoultry, Clackmannanshire, FK13 6BZ ("the Company") be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Blair Milne and Derek Forsyth, Insolvency Practitioners of Azets Holdings Limited t/a Azets, Titanium One, Kings Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF be appointed Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Perth by Interlocutor of 9 November 2021 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Alloa within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; and appointed the said Blair Milne and Derek Forsyth to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company with inter alia the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
