Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 We Penryn Rugby Football Club Limited give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Penryn Rugby Club, Memorial Ground, Kernick Road, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 8NT. The application is to: Sale of alcohol, plays, films, regulated entertainment, late night refreshment, boxing and wrestling and indoor sporting events. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 6th December, 2021. A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. NB during the Covid-19 pandemic, please email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk to make alternative arrangements to view the application. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
