Licensing Act 2003 Public Site Notice Notice is hereby given that I Thavaraja Thevakapilan of Premier Local, Ellesmere, have made an application for a variation to a premises licence/club premises certificate held at: 3A Scotland Street, Ellesmere, SY12 0DE for the following days/hours: Licensable Activities: Monday to Sunday 06.00 to 23.00 hours; Opening Hours Monday to Sunday 06.00 to 23.00 hours. Or alterations to conditions, site plans as follows: Monday to Saturday 06.00 to 23.00; Sunday 06.00 to 23.00; Good Friday 06.00 to 23.00; Christmas Day 06.00 to 23.00. Any persons wishing to make comments must do so in writing to the Licensing Team, Shropshire Council, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, SY2 6ND or e-mail licensing@shropshire.gov.uk within 28 days from the date of this notice. Applications can be viewed during normal office hours at the above address (www.shropshire.gov.uk) Dated: 10.11.2021. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
