Re. JOSEPHINE ANNE VERITY DECEASED PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Josephine Anne Verity Deceased late of Swallow Barn, Cloy Lane, Overton-on-Dee, Wrexham, LL13 0HR who died on the 12th April 2020 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the undersigned, the solicitors for the Executors, on or before the 4th February 2022 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they shall then have had notice.
