Full Variation of a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that BBB NINE LTD has applied to Swindon Borough Council Licensing Authority on 08/11/2021 to vary the premises licence for Boom Battle Bar, Units 4,5,7 and 6, Regent Circus, Victoria Road, Swindon, SN1 3AJ. This variation is to permit the provision of Indoor Sporting Events, Playing of Recorded Music, Sale by Retail of Alcohol Sunday to Thursday 11:00 to 02:00 the following day and Friday to Saturday 11:00 to 03:00 the following day; Live Music Monday to Sunday 11:00 to Midnight; Late Night Refreshment Sunday to Thursday 23:00 to 02:00 the following day and Friday to Saturday 23:00 to 03:00 the following day, on such conditions and such other times as set out in the application.
The full application may be Inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Watt Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours Monday to Friday.
