Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
Notice is given that LIAM CHILDS has applied to BCP Council for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: 61 Alma Road, BH9 1AB. The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the 5th day of 12/2021. Activities: Supply of Alcohol - Hours: 08:00 23:00 - Days: Mon-Sun. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL. www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 02/12/2021. The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm Monday to Friday at the above address or website. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
