NOTICE OF VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003
LWH Ltd t/a Hudson Place is applying to the Licensing Authority of Three Rivers District Council to wary the premises licence at Hudson Place, 7-9 Church Street, Rickmansworth WD3 1BX. If granted it will allow the following licensable activities:
- Extend terminal hour for sale of alcohol and late night refreshment until Mon - Thu 00:00hrs, Fri -Sat01:00hrs.
- Additional Non-Standard Timings.
- Remove any sale of alcohol to be ancillary to sale of food provision.
- Replace current Conditions with more comprehensive & proportionate raft of Conditions. It is an offence to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary of conviction to a fine of any amount.
