PUBLIC NOTICE
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Footpaths WD-501 and WD-513, Welland) (Temporary Closure Order) 2021
Order made: to close Footpaths WD-501 and WD-513, Welland for their entire length.
The Order is being made due to works related to theinstallation of a replacement Footbridge.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: via Upton on Severn Footpath UU-515, U61202 Croakers Lane, Footpath UU-502, U61203 Gilvers Lane, and vice versa. The proposed Order wi 11 continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 15 November 2021.

(U63110 Court Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Proposed Order: to close that part of U63110 Court Road from its junction with U63111 Woodshears Road to its junction with U63114 Clarence Road.
Reason: New gas connection by Cadent Gas Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4211 Barnards Green Road, B4208 Poolbrook Road, U63153 Longridge Road, U63O0O Peachfield Road, U63110 St Andrews Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 9 December 2021.

(U61403 Hollybush, Castlemorton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Proposed Order to close that part of U61403 Hollybush from its junction with U61404 Whiteleaved Oak for a distance of 90 metres in a northerly direction.
Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water,
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U61403 Chase End Street, C2212 Camers Green, B4208 Berrow, A438 Hollybush and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 6 December 2021.

(B4232 West Malvern Road and B4232 Old Hollow, West Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Order made: to close that part of B4232 West Malvern Road from its junction with U63556 Lamb Bank to its junction with U66409 Croft Bank.
Reason: New/Replacement Gas Main by Trinity Team c/o Cadent
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4232 West Malvern Road, B4218 Wyche Road, A449 Wells Road, A449 Worcester Road, B4232 North Malvern Road, B4232 West Malvern Road and vice versa
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 45 days Commencing: 17 November 2021.

(U63221 Bank Street, Malvern)(Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Order made: to close that part of U63221 Bank Street from its junction with U63206 Zetland Road to its junction with U63219 Moorlands Road.
Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U63206 Zetland Road, C2232 Graham Road, U63219 Moorlands Road and vice versa
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 17 November 2021.

(Gilvers Lane, Upton upon Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Order made: to close that part of Gilvers Lane from its junction with C2054 Welland to its junction with U61202 Brotheridge Green Lane.
Reason: Footbridge replacement by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2054 Welland, C2099 Welland, C2099 Hook Bank U61202 Brotheridge Green Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 33 days Commencing:  15 November 2021.
