SOUTHEND-ON-SEA BOROUGH COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES) (WEST STREET) ORDER 2021-TTO2005
Notice is hereby given that the Southend-on-Sea Borough Council under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 proposes to make the above Order
1. Anglian Water will be repairing a water box and it is anticipated that these works will be commence and be completed 18 November 2021.
2. The proposed works are listed in Table 1 to this. The prohibitions or restrictions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs.

3. Access for emergency vehicles, vehicles being used in connection with the works, residents and pedestrians will be maintained during the closure.

4. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction/prohibition imposed by this Notice may be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice and removed.
