Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of Adrian Charles Francis Power (deceased), late of 42 Queensberry Road, Amesbury, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP4 7PU who died on the first day September 2013 is requested to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned solicitors on or before the Seventh day of April 2014 after which time the Executor will proceed to distribute the estate having regard only to the value of the claims and interests of which he has noted.
