Premises Licence Application

Licensing Act 2003 Notice is hereby given that I, Mark Ketteringham, have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: Fare, Unit 13 Orchard Gate Shopping Centre, Otley, LS21 3NX. I intend to conduct the following licensable activities on or from the premises: Sale of alcohol Monday to Thursday 11:00-19:00 Friday and Saturday 11:00-21:00 Sunday 11:00-17:00. Playing of recorded music Monday to Thursday 11:00-19:00 Friday and Saturday 11:00 21:00 Sunday 11:00-17:00. Subject to the following terms: CCTV, Challenge 25. Responsible authorities or any other person may make written representations to Leeds City Council about this application until 30th November 2021 which should be sent to Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR.
