PUBLIC NOTICE Take notice that on 27th October 2021 I/we Mielikki Coppergate Ltd of 88 Orix Accountant, West Road, Newcastle NE156PR made application to the City of York Council for the variation of a premise's license/club premises certificate* at the following premises: 24-26 Coppergate York YO1 9NR Representations to this application can be made in writing by a responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Services, Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS, or email to licensing@york.gov.uk Representations must be received by no later that 24th November 2021 being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. Proposed Licensable/ Club Activities: Sale by retail/supply of alcohol with food on the restaurant 1st floor It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises license or club premises certificate.
