Bridleway 229/5 Gosford and Water Eaton
Notice of Temporary Stopping up of Streets under Clause 10 and Schedule 5.
The Order provides for various works including the construction of a new farm access bridge over the Bletchley to Oxford railway line near Northfield Farm, Water Eaton including any necessary temporary closure of streets, which includes bridleways, within the Order limits.
Under the powers included in Clause 10 and Schedule 5 of the Order BW229/5 is to be closed to use by the public between 17th March and 30th March 2014.
The main alternative route will be north west along Water Eaton Lane, south east along Bicester Road and south east along the A4165 Oxford Road to the southern end of the bridleway. An alternative route for pedestrians only is south along Water Eaton Lane to join the new Gosford and Water Eaton footpath 4 (229/4) until it joins the A4165 Oxford Road.
