The Chiltern Railways (Bicester to Oxford Improvements) Order 2012
TWA Order made: 23 October 2012 Came into Force: 13 November 2012 Access across railway from Jarvis Lane and FP129/18 Charbridge Lane, Bicester presently part of the diversion route for FP129/3 Notice of Temporary Stopping up of Streets under Clause 10 and Schedule 5. The Order provides for various works to the Bletchley to Oxford railway line including any necessary temporary closure of streets including access ways to level crossings, within the Order limits. Under the powers included in Clause 10 of the Order Jarvis Lane is to be closed to use by the public between Launton Road and Public Right of Way FP129/18 at Charbridge Lane. The section to be closed forms part of the diversion route of FP129/3 at present. Jarvis Lane will be closed between 13th March and 13th September 2014. The amended route to the present diversion route of FP129/3 will be (a) from Jarvis lane north east along Launton Road, south east along the A4421 Bicester Road and south along the A4421 Charbridge Lane and (b) from FP129/18 north along the A4421 Charbridge Lane, north west along the A4421 Bicester Road and south west
