Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 Bhavinkumar Inamdar has applied for a Premises Licence in respect of Unit D23 Easy Access Storage Barton Dock Road Trafford Park M41 7JX in respect of Supply of Alcohol for 24 hours a day on every day for off sales delivery made via Internet and mail order only. The premises is not open to the public. Any representation must be submitted no later than 28 days from the date the application was accepted, A representation may also be made to the Licensing Section at the following email address: licensing@trafford.gov.uk provided that, at the same time, a copy of the representation is forwarded to the above postal address. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 1.00pm and 2.00pm and 4.00pm. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
