We Peter and Eileen Rees hereby give notice that We have made an application to the Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council for a variation of the premises licence in respect of Kitty O'Sheas, 6, James Street, Pontardawe SA8 4LR.

For variation in the following manner use of new smoking shelter (rear) after 23.30hrs and to make amendments to plan. A record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday, between 9am - 4pm at the offices of:- Neath Port Talbot CBC, Licensing Section, Civic Centre, Port Talbot SA13 1PJ.

Any person wishing to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing by 23/11/2021. It is an offence knowingly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
