Application to vary a premise licence under licensing act 2003 I Umer-E-Iltzam Khan have applied on 01/11/2021 to vary a premise licence for the premises known as Makinsons superstore 112a Devonshire Road Chorley PR7 2DJ. The variation if granted is to enable the following activities to take Place: The off sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 06.00 until 23.00 Any objections should be made in writing no later than 29/11/2021 to: Licensing Team, PO Box 13, Chorley, PR7 1AR. The Licensing register and Record of application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment only. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. The offence is subject to a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
