SOUTHEND-ON-SEA BOROUGH COUNCIL
(OFF STREET PARKING PLACE) (CONSOLIDATION) (NO. 2) ORDER 2021
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of Southend-on-Sea did make on the 5 November the above-mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce Electric Vehicle Charging facilities in Alexandra Street.
3. A copy of the Orders, which will come into operation on 5 November 2021 and all relevant documents can also be viewed online until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made at

4. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any relevant requirements thereof or any regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
5. A copy of each of the made Orders and all relevant documents can be inspected, at the office of the customers services on the Ground Floor of the Civic Centre (address below) during normal office hours.
