(Footpath 18, Wrabness, in the District of Tendring), (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section S14(1) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order:
To Implement Temporary Prohibition of Use
To temporarily close part of Footpath 18, Wrabness, in the District of Tendring. From the rail bridge on Rectory Road (parallel with the railway) heading in an easterly direction and then a northerly direction, heading towards the estuary, to the junction with Footpath 4, just before the turn for Strandlands.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 17 November 2021 to 17 April 2022 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required to allow for repair works to be carried out on the rail embankment.
The alternative route will be via Footpath 18, Footpath 5, and Footpath 4, and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 15 November 2021 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Access for emergency service vehicles and for works vehicles related to the repair works, will be maintained at all times during the works.
(Hungerdown Lane, Lawford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hungerdown Lane, Lawford in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 235m north east of its {unction with Tile Barn Lane for a distance of approximately 160m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th November 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MT00110150429 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water. An alternative route is available via Hungerdown Lane, Tile Barn Lane, Harwich Road, Wignall Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 12th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Trinity Road, Mistley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Trinity Road, Mistley in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Long Road to its junction with Trinity Close a distance of approximately 125m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th November 2021 for 15 days, or where stated on a valid permit (XV023ICP1336HV2 -independant Connections Provider). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Independant Connections Provider. An alternative route is available via Long Road, Colchester Road, Mill Hill, Trinity Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 5th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
