Mr Tareq Hussain is applying for a new Premises Licence for Mogul Tandoori, 123 Mortimer Street, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8BN
The Licence, if granted, is to allow the following activities to take place:
The Sale of Alcohol (ON and OFF Sales) Recorded Music Indoors Late Night Refreshment

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
