Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE (Section 34 of the Act) Name of Applicant: KEYSTONE PUBLIC HOUSES LTD, 10-16 HIGH STREET, AMESBURY, WILTSHIRE, SP4 7DL. The application, if granted, is to amend the following details on the Premise Licence: (1) To extend the boundary of the licensable area of the premises to include an additional point of sale to mirror the opening times and supply of alcohol as set out in the premises licence. (2) To amend the timings of live music and recorded music to 1200-2300 Sunday to Wednesday, 1200-0100 Thursday and 1200-0200 Friday and Saturday. (3) To add a condition that the Premises Licence Holder shall purchase and arrange for the installation of a noise limiting device, the specification and design to be agree with Wiltshire Councils Environmental Control and Protection Service. The device shall be fitted so that all regulated entertainment is channelled through the device. The maximum noise levels shall be set in agreement with the Wiltshire Councils Environmental Control and Protection Service. The settings of the noise limiter(s) shall not be adjusted unless agreed by Wiltshire Councils Environmental Control and Protection Service and in the presence of the license holder. (4) To add a condition that states the premises will operate in line with an agreed Noise Management Plan. (5) To remove the condition which states that the background music outside will cease at or before 2300hrs.
