Licensing Act 2003 Premises Licence We, McCarthy & Stone Limited hereby give notice that we have applied on 22 October 2021 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Wayfarer Place (Retirement Living), The Dean, Alresford, SO24 9FT.The application is for: Supply of Alcohol* Monday to Sunday 1100 to 2300 - New Year's Eve 1100 to 0100 For consumption on the premises only. Opening Hour Monday to Sunday 1100 to 2300 - New Year's Eve 1100 to 0100 (for homeowners and their visitors only). Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 19 October 2021; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
