We, Berk & Jan Ltd, hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at London Borough ofWaltham Forest for the grant of a Premises Licence at Global Food & Drink, 44 St James's Street, London, E17 7PE to;
1. Permit the sale and supply of alcohol on Monday to Saturday from 08.00hrs until 23:00hrs and on Sunday from 10:00hrs to 22:30hrs;
2. Allow the premises to be open to members of the public on Monday to Saturday from 08:00hrs until 23:00hrs and on Sunday from 10:00hrs to 22:30hrs.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address noted below during normal office hours. Such representation must be received in writing by the 23rd November 2021 Representations received after this date will not be considered. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited), under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
