THE BARNET (CHARGED-FOR PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO.114) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have on 4th November 2021 made the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 51 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The general effect of the Order will be to add addresses to the Traffic Management Order where it is considered properties should be eligible to apply for Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) parking permits and visitor vouchers, as follows:
19 Friary Road N12 and Beech Lawns N12 to be added to the (FN) North Finchley CPZ; 114 to 192 Cricklewood Broadway NW2 to be added to the (CW/CZ) Cricklewood CPZ; 111 to 133 Montrose Avenue HAS to be added to the (CL1) Colindale CPZ; Gordon Mansion, High Street Barnet EN5 to be added to the (C) Chipping Barnet CPZ; Trinity Methodist Church hall, 92 Hodford Road NW11 to be added to the (G) Golders Green CPZ; 155 West Heath Road NW3 to be added to the (H) Golders Green CPZ; 126 to 180 West Hendon Broadway NW9 to be added to the (WH1) West Hendon CPZ; and 129 to 265 to be added to the (WH2) West Hendon CPZ. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on Thursday 4th November 2021 and the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Order can be obtained, for a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published, by emailing parking.

or by writing to the Design Team, Highways Section, 6th Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London NW9 4EW. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or any regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
