Notice is hereby given that I, Shi Guang Li, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as Happy Valley Chinese Takeaway, 72 High Street, Spennymoor, Co Durham, DL16 6DD A variation is sought to:- Extend the hours for the provision of late night refreshment until 02:00 Sunday to Thursday inclusive and until 02:30 Friday and Saturday.
