A statement of the licensable activities proposed to be carried on is as follows: The sale of alcohol on and off the premises 11am until 11pm Monday Sunday Live Music Friday, Saturday, Sunday if required Soft background music during hours of opening A copy of the application can be viewed at the Civic Offices, Union St, Chorley, PR7 1AL or online at www.chorley.gov.uk Any person who wishes to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to Licensing, Civic Offices, Union St, Chorley, PR7 1AL or by the online portal. The final date for representations is 2359hrs on 17th November 2021. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is Level 5 on the standard scale.
