Premises Licence Application

The Licensing Act (2003) Take notice that RCS Hospitality Ltd., has applied for the grant of a Premises Licence to Wirral Borough Council for 'Flank', Unit 2, Kings Parade, New Brighton, Wallasey, Merseyside CH45 2PB. The proposed licensable activities will be the retail sale of alcohol on/off the premises, live & recorded music and late-night refreshment on the following days and timings. Sunday to Thursday from 08:00 hours to 00:30 the following day and Friday to Saturday from 08:00 until 02:30 the following day. A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey CH44 8ED. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.30pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Wirral Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey CH44 8ED no later than the 16th November 2021.The proposed licensable activities will be: The retail sale of alcohol on/off the premises, live & recorded music and late-night refreshment on the days and timings below. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
