Premises Licence Application

Licensing Act 2003 Julian Hubbuck has applied to Purbeck Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under Section 34* varying a Premises License of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at Nutley Farm, Winfrith Newburgh, Nr Dorchester, Dorset, DT2 8DT and propose to carry on the following activities:- Change of venue plan, Amended hours, Applied for on and off sales. Applications are available for public inspection at Licensing, Dorset Council, County Hall, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ or on www.dorsetforyou.com Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 27th October 2021 and 23rd November 2021. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
