Notice is hereby given that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate Of Edith Lucy Ennis deceased late Of Bybrook House Nursing Home, Middle Hill, Box, Wiltshire SN13 8QP who died on the 28th day of October 2013 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said Executor on or before the 30th day of April 2014 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets ofthe said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall then have had notice.
