TEMPORARY CLOSING OF FOOTPATH WATFORD RURAL 8
NOTICE Is given that the Hertfordshire County Council Intend to make an Order under Section 14 (1)
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit pedestrians from using that length of Footpath
Watford Rural 8, heading south from junction with Woodhall Lane towards Little Oxhey Lane, for an
approximate distance of 250 metres.
Alternative Route: via Woodhall Lane and Little Oxhey Lane.
The purpose of the Order is to enable resurfacing works to take place.
The section of Footpath Watford Rural 8 will be closed on or after 15th November 2021 for up to
1 week, when signs are in place.

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF FOOTPATH ELSTREE & BOREHAMWOOD 56 NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council have made an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit pedestrians from using that length of Footpath Elstree & Borehamwood 56, heading north to junction with Elstree & Borehamwood 13, for an approximate distance of 450 metres. Alternative route: no suitable alternative.
The purpose of the Order is to enable surfacing and vegetation clearance works to take place. The section of Footpath will be closed on or after 1st November 2021 for up to 5 weeks, when signs are in place.

Alternative route: no suitable alternative.
The purpose of the Order is to enable surfacing and vegetation clearance works to take place. The section of Footpath will be closed on or after 1st November 2021 for up to 5 weeks, when signs are in place.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF SANDRINGHAM ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Sandringham Road, Watford from its junction with Buckingham Road south eastwards and south westwards to its junction with Balmoral Road, a distance of approximately 406m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Sandringham Road, Bushey Mill Lane, A412 St Albans Road and Balmoral Road.
The Order is needed because sewer cleaning works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 15 November 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS ON TUNNEL WOOD ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of Tunnel Wood Road, Watford from a point 3m north west of a point in line with the eastern boundary of No.56 Tunnel Wood Road north westwards for a distance of approximately 12m ("the Road").
The Order is needed because railway maintenance works are proposed to be executed near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 15 November 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN HARWOODS ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Harwoods Road, Watford from its junction with Whippendell Road north westwards to its junction with A412 Rickmansworth Road ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 401 m, except for access. An alternative route will be via Whippendell Road, Queens Avenue, Hagden Lane and A412 Rickmansworth Road.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 15 November 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Sarratt Road, Sarratt from its junction with Dimmocks Lane south westwards and south eastwards to its junction with Sarratt Public Footpath No.042, a distance of approximately 1060m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Dimmocks Lane, The Green, Poles Hill, Dunny Lane, The Street, The Common, Bucks Hill, Toms Hill, Chandlers Lane, Redhall Lane and Sarratt. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 4 November 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF SARRATT ROAD, SARRATT) ORDER N0.6 2021 NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Sarratt Road, Sarratt from its junction with Sarratt Public Footpath No.058 south westwards for a distance of approximately 400m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Sarratt Road, Redhall Lane, Chandlers Lane, Toms Hill, Bucks Hill, The Common, The Street, Dunny Lane, Poles Hill, The Green, Dimmocks Lane and Sarratt Road. The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing utility pole is proposed to be executed near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 2 November 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Wellstones, Watford from its junction with A411 Exchange Road north eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with Market Street, a distance of approximately 275m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via A411 (Exchange Road/Beechen Grove), Clarendon Road, High Street and Market Street.
The Order is needed to enable a mobile crane to be positioned on the highway to dismantle an existing tower crane.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 29 October 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Hope Green, Watford from a point in line with the northern boundary of No.2 Hope Green south eastwards for a distance of approximately 20m ("the Road"), except for access. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 1 November 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Muriel Avenue, Watford from a point in line with the northern boundary of No.2 Muriel Avenue south eastwards for its entire length ("the Road"), except for access. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because highway drainage worts are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 1 November 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE SUBWAY SITUATED BENEATH A405 ST ALBANS ROAD AND THE SUBWAY SITUATED BENEATH A412 ST ALBANS ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all subway users from using the following lengths of subway ("the Subways"):-
1. the subway situated beneath A405 St Albans Road, Watford from its junction with Horseshoe Lane south eastwards and south westwards to its junction with A412 St Albans Road, a distance of approximately 123m.
An alternative route will be via the footways situated on the west and east sides of A412 St Albans Road.
2. the subway situated beneath A412 St Albans Road, Watford from its junction with A412 St Albans Road south eastwards and clockwise for a distance of approximately 80m.
An alternative route will be via the footways situated on the west and east sides of A412 St Albans Road.
The Order is needed because subway maintenance works are proposed to be executed on or near the Subways.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 1 November 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Subways.
