TRANSFER OF A LICENCE Petty Sessions District of: Fermanagh (Enniskillen) County Court Division of Northern Ireland

TAKE NOTICE that I Ian Cashel of 5 Bridge Park, Maguiresbridge, Co. Fermanagh BT94 4XH intend at the Magistrates' Court sitting at Enniskillen Courthouse on the 10th day of November 2021 at 10.00am to apply for the transfer to me of a Licence at present held by Personal Representatives of the late Edward Samuel Kelly deceased for the premises at Riverside Bar, Maguiresbridge, Co. Fermanagh, being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article:-5(1) (a) premises in which the business carried on under the licence is the business of selling intoxicated liquor by retail for consumption either in or of the premises. A Protection Order authorising Ian Cashel of 5 Bridge Park, Maguiresbridge, Co. Fermanagh BT94 4XH to carry on the business under the licence was granted on the 23rd November 2020 by the Magistrate's Court sitting at Enniskillen on 23rd November 2020 for the period of 6 months from the date of the order and a further Protection Order was granted by Enniskillen Magistrates Court on the following date 19th May 2021 for the following period namely 6 months from the date of the order. I shall be the owner of the business to be carried on under the licence. The owners of the premises are the Personal Representatives of the late Edward Samuel Kelly deceased namely Nigel Beacom of 58 Boyhill Road, Maguiresbridge, Co. Fermanagh BT94 4LN and Wesley Elliott of 41 Aghadrumsee Road, Roslea, Co. Fermanagh BT92 7AU. AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any person owning or residing or carrying on business in premises in the vicinity of the premises for which this licence is sought, must in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to the Order serve Notice of their intention to object on the Applicant (at the Applicant's Solicitors address if required) and the Chief Clerk not less than one week before the opening of the Court sittings. The permissible grounds of the objection are as specified in Article 22 (6) of the Order. The licence shall be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
