Application for New Premises Licence

We,Hot Cha Limited have submitted an application for a new premises licence in respect of 37 Regent Circus, Swindon, SN1 1PX to Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West, 5 Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH.
The record of the application may also be inspected at the Authority's address between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday - Friday.

The application, if granted, would allow the following:
Sale of alcohol (for consumption both on and off the premises, which must be with substantial hot food): Monday to Sunday 11.00 - 22.30.
Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday 11.00 - 23.00

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations in writing tothe Licensing Authority by Tuesday 11 March 2014. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connectionwith an application, the maximum fee for which a person is liable assumingconviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
