Notice is given that Cellar 59 Ltd has applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence in respect of Shave Cross Cellar, 6 Bridge Street, Lyme Regis, DT7 3QA for recorded music and the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of Monday to Friday, 12:00 23:00. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected by contacting the licensing Section during normal office hours via email or phone on 01305 838028. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
