(Southminster Road, St. Lawrence) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older: To temporarily close that length of Southminster Road, St. Lawrence in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 1235m south of its junction with St Lawrence Hill for a distance of approximately 335m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th November 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS20686903 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Southminster Road, Tillingham Road, Reddings Lane, St Lawrence Road, St Lawrence Hill and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 4th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Tillingham Road, Tillingham/Asheldham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tillingham Road, Tillingham/Asheldham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 220m west of the junction with Reddings Lane for a distance of approximately 1030m in a westerly then southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th November 2021 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS20686902 & 01 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Tillingham Road, Southminster Road, Green Lane, Cripplegate, North End, North Street, High Street, Pantile Hill, Queen Street, Scotts Hill, Main Road, Burnham Road - B1018, Bumham Road, Steeple Road, Mayland Garage, Maldon Road, Jeagor Farm, Gospel Comer, The Street, Bradwell Road, West Newlands Farm, South Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 4th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Maypole Road, Heybridge/Great Totham) (Temporary Introduction of 40mph Speed Restriction) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older: To temporarily introduce a 40mph speed restriction in that length of Maypole Road, Heybridge/Great Totham in the District of Maldon, from the junction with Langford Road/Holloway Road for a distance of approximately 335m in a northerly direction. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 8th November 2021 for 548 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231005623 - Countryside Properties. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce for construction access on behalf of Countryside Properties. The Order came into effect on 21st October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
