Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Red Oak Taverns Limited in respect of Premises known as Jolly Crispin, 25 Clarence Street Upper Gornal, Dudley, DY3 IUL applied to Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to extend the hours for the sale of alcohol and recorded music [indoors only) Monday to Sunday 0800 to Midnight; add Live Music (indoors only) Monday to Sunday 1100 to 2330; and late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 2300 to Midnight both indoors and outdoors; extend opening hours Monday to Sunday 0800 to 0030 the following morning; to also add Recorded and Live Music outdoors Monday to Thursday 1100 to 2000, Friday to Sunday 1100 to 2100; to remove restricted hours for Good Friday and Christmas Day to allow trading under the above hours; add the New Year's Eve extension under all licensable activities and Opening hours as per the application and remove all conditions under "Annex - conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule" to be replaced by more up to date, appropriate conditions.
