Invitation to Public Exhibition Event with Countryside Properties
Your chance to shape proposals for a new sustainable community in Hersham

Countryside Properties would like to welcome local residents to two public consultation events being held to introduce the plans to promote the land at Hersham Golf Club, known as Hersham Park. The site is within Elmbridge Borough Council's Emerging Local Plan as a potential location for a new and sustainable community within Hersham.
The two events being held are;
An online webinar on 1st November at 19:00-20:30. Registration is on the project website at

An in-person exhibition on 10th November 16:00-18:30.
The event will be held at Hersham Centre for the Community, Queens Road, Hersham KT12 5LU.

Initial Proposals
We believe that Hersham Park presents a rare and excellent opportunity to deliver:
- Up to 636 high quality new flats and houses, 50% of which will be affordable housing
- Accommodation to include 1 -2 bedroom flats and 2-4 bedroom houses
- Around 60 acres of publicly available Community Parkland
- A flexible community hub with commercial and retail space

All views and feedback are extremely important, and you are welcome to either or both events. If you are unable to attend either event, a recording of the online consultation and copies of the presentations from both sessions will be available to download from the project website.
