Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 we Rochelle Garbutt & Danielle Milnes have applied to St Helens council for a new premises license for the premises at 13 Dane Court, Rainhill, Merseyside, L35 4LU. The proposed licensable activities are the sale of alcohol (Off the premises) and recorded music between the hours of 09:00 and 22:00 every day. The application can be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens, WA10 1HF anytime Monday to Friday, between the hours of 09:30 and 14:30. It is an offence to make a false statement in relation to an application, the maximum fine being £5000
