The application can be viewed Mon-Fri 9am-4pm at Licensing, Cheshire West and Chester Council, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port CH65 0BE. Any person may submit written representations on this application to Licensing (at the above address) no later than 12/11/21. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is level 5 fine on the standard scale.
