An outline planning application for up to 45 dwellings and associated infrastructure, ancillary facilities, open space and landscaping, is being prepared for Land off School Lane, Whitminster. All details relating to appearance, access, landscaping, layout and scale will be reserved for future consideration (through Reserved Matters applications).
