LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by: R D Campbell to Richmondshire District Council in respect of premises known as: R Campbell and Son Limited which are situated at: 4 Commercial Square Leyburn North Yorkshire DL8 5BP. The proposed licensed activity to be carried on at the premises is as follows. For a premise on licence to enable alcohol to be sold and consumed in a new extension to the upstairs wine department. This application will be in addition to the existing off licence the premises currently hold. The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond North Yorkshire DL10 4JX during normal office hours, (by appointment only). Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council at the above address by 17th March 2014
