LICENSING 2003: APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Woodside Area Community Interest Company has applied in respect of Woodside Ferry Village Woodside Ferry Approach Birkenhead CH41 6DU for a variation of the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan (dated 21/9/2021). The variation is to alter the plan to include the external area for licensable activities. To also extend the permission for the sale of alcohol live music, recorded music, performance of dance and anything similar to live/recorded music/performance of dance and late night refreshment so that the terminal hour is 00:00h the following morning, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday (current permission is until 01:30h). A thirty minute drinking up time following die last permitted sale of alcohol is to be maintained, so that the premises closes at 01:30h the following morning on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday. To add the condition "All licensable activity to cease at 23:00h on any day within the designated areas to the front of the premises." All other operating times, licensable activities and conditions authorised by the existing Premises Licence to remain unaltered. A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.30pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority,Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey, no later than the end of 17th November 2021. ft is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to on unlimited fine.
