Notice is given that: DD Bars Limited has applied to London Borough of Bexley for the variation of the PREMISES LICENCE issued in respect of the premises known as: Pure, situated at: Albion Road, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7LS. The application seeks to vary the licence as follows: To remove conditions related to the old entertainment licence which are no longer relevant or are dealt with by other primary legislation with special regard to 'The function room shall only be used by persons attending private parties / functions' as we would like to use this area for restaurant dining. Also move the first floor bar.
