HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd dros dro unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd yr U4363, Ffordd Cwmfferws, Rhydaman o fan sydd 120 metr i'r Gogledd-orllewin o'rgyffordd a'r A483 am belltero 580 metr i gyfeiriad y gogledd.

Mae angen cau'r ffordd er mwyn sicrhau diogelwch y cyhoedd tra bo gwaith gosod wyneb newydd yn cael ei wneud ar ran Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin o ddydd lau 18 Tachwedd 2021 tan ddydd Mawrth 23 Tachwedd 2021.

Yffordd arall ar gyfertraffig sydd am deithio tua'r Gogledd fydd parhau ar hyd yr U4363 i gyfeiriad y De-ddwyrain hyd at y gyffordd a'r A483. Wrth y gyffordd, troi i'r chwith a pharhau ar hyd yr A483 i gyfeiriad y De-orllewin hyd at y gyffordd a'r C2135 (Heol Hendre). Wrth y gyffordd, troi i'r chwith a pharhau ar hyd Heol Hendre i gyfeiriad y Gogledd-orllewin hyd at y gyffordd a'r C2130 (Heol Saron). Wrth y gyffordd, troi i'r dde a pharhau ar hyd yr C2130 i gyfeiriad y De-ddwyrain hyd at y gyffordd a'r U4363 (Heol Nant-y-ci). Wrth y gyffordd, troi i'r dde a pharhau ar hyd yr U4363 i gyfeiriad y De-ddwyrain/De er mwyn dychwelyd i fan sydd i'r Gogledd o'r man lie mae'r ffordd ar gau. I'r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy'n teithio tua'r de.

Lie bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ynghau.

Lie bo hynny'n briodol gall Gorchmynion Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd dros dro barhau mewn grym am hyd at ddeunaw mis.

(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2021

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporary prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the U4363, Cwmfferws Road, Ammanford from a point 120 metres North-West of its junction with the A483 for a distance of 580 metres in a Northerly direction.

The closure is necessary to ensure public safety whilst resurfacing works are carried out on behalf of Carmarthenshire County Council from Thursday 18th November 2021 to Tuesday 23rd November 2021.

The alternative route for Northbound traffic will be to proceed along the U4363 in a South-Easterly direction to its junction with the A483. At the junction, turn left and continue along the A483 in a South-Westerly direction to its junction with the C2135 (Hendre Road). At the junction, turn left and continue along Hendre Road in a North-Westerly direction to its junction with the C2130 (Saron Road). At the junction, turn right and continue along the C2130 in a North-Easterly direction to its junction with the U4363 (Nant-Y-Ci Road). At the junction, turn right and continue along the U4363 in South-Easterly to Southerly direction to return to a point North of the closure. Vice versa for Southbound traffic.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
