Jeremy Dunning is applying for the new grant of a premises license for The Old Dairy, Hatherden Farm, Hatherden, Near Andover, SP11 0HT. lf granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place: Sale of alcohol on the premises. Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Provision of regulated entertainment. Provision of late night refreshment.

A copy of the application for the grant of the above license is kept by the licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
