Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence Bolton Beer Cellars LTD has made an application to Bolton Council for a new premises licence for: Unit x16c Market Hall Corporation Street Bolton BL1 2BD The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises is: Sale by retail of alcohol mon-sun 09.00-20.00 Opening hours mon-sun 09.00-20.00 The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, 2nd floor, Paderborn House, Bolton, BL1 1QY between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. Please note - during the current COV-19 arrangements access to council buildings has been restricted. If you wish to inspect this application please contact the Licensing Team at licensing.unit@bolton.gov.uk and details of the application will be shared with you electronically. Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 15.10.21. The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 12.11.21. All representations must be made in writing. Please note during the current COV-19 arrangements all representation must be sent to the Licensing Team electronically, the email address is provided above. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. On summary conviction, the maximum penalty for such an offence is an unlimited fine.
