Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Nandeni Srikanthan to Buckinghamshire Council-Wycombe Area as the licensing authority for Downley Express, 69 Southfield Road, Downley, High Wycombe, HP13 5LE The application is for the retail sals of alcohol (off sales) from the premises Mondays to Sundays inclusive 08:00 -23:00.

Any person or responsible authorities wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Authority not later than 11th November 2021. It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
